How to get to Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

From Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (CDG)

• Take the RER B to Châtelet – Les Halles, then transfer to Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle – Étoile.
• Get off at Bir-Hakeim station (closest to the hotel).

From Orly Airport (ORY)

• Take Orlyval to Antony, then RER B to Denfert-Rochereau.
• From there, take Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle – Étoile and get off at Bir-Hakeim.

From Paris main train stations:

• Gare du Nord / Gare de l’Est: Metro Line 4 to Montparnasse, then Line 6 to Bir-Hakeim.
• Gare Montparnasse: Direct Metro Line 6 to Bir-Hakeim.
• Gare de Lyon: Metro Line 14 to Bercy, then Line 6 to Bir-Hakeim.
• Gare Saint-Lazare: Metro Line 12 to Montparnasse, then Line 6 to Bir-Hakeim.

Lunch boxes distribution

Lunch boxes will be distributed in the exhibition area on Monday 18 May 2026.

Lunches are included in the registration fee, but please make sure to select the option when registering.

The venue is accessible to wheelchair users via a secondary entrance of the hotel. An elevator then provides access to the reception area. All congress spaces are fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Your certificate of attendance will be sent to you after you have completed the satisfaction survey at the end of the congress.

Found items must be handed in at the reception desk. If you lose something, please report it to the registration desk.
