REGISTRATION FOR INSIGHTS IF 2026 IS NOW OPEN!

The preferential rate applies to any new registration received until Wednesday 15 April 2026 at 23:59pm CET.
The standard and on-site registration rate applies to any new registration received from Thursday 16 April 2026 onward.

If your preferential-rate registration remains unpaid on Wednesday 15 April 2026 it will be updated to the standard or on-site rate.

For cancellations received until monday 15 April 2026, 23:59pm CET, deposits will be refunded less 50% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Cancellations and/or modifications to your registration, which is defined as registration for the congress, including any additional services ordered (lunches, dinners, tours and supplementary services), must be announced by email to registration@insightsif.com.

A name change will be considered as a modification and should be charged 40 EUR.

If a badge is lost or forgotten onsite, an administrative fee of 40 EUR will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognized identification documents).

In the event of a prefectoral decree prohibiting the in‑person holding of the event, INSIGHTS IF reserves the right to organize the congress virtually. All registered participants will automatically be switched to a virtual registration, with a refund of the difference between the on‑site registration fee and the virtual registration fee. No full refund will be issued.

No minors will be admitted.

INSIT Association and mci group France cannot be held responsible for the interruption or cancellation of the congress resulting from external events of a political, social, economic, or public‑health nature, or from any other circumstances beyond their control (force majeure). In the event of cancellation, the congress cancellation conditions will apply. Registration for the congress implies full and unconditional acceptance of these cancellation conditions.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance (health, accident, repatriation, cancellation) before departure. INSIT Association and mci group France, as the organizers, accept no liability in the event of any accident involving or caused by participants or accompanying persons during or following the congress, nor during any events organized around the congress.

The amount of VAT included in the registration fees is payable by all participants, regardless of their country of origin.
This VAT amount (10%) can be reclaimed from the French State under certain conditions.

A personalized invitation letter for visa application purposes can be sent to participants with a confirmed and fully paid registration.

The letter is intended to assist participants in obtaining travel funding or a visa, but in no way implies any financial support or commitment from the organizers.

We also encourage you to check with the Consular or Embassy services of France (https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/coming-to-france) which documents are required to apply for your visa, as requirements may vary from one country to another. Please note that visa applications may take time, and you should initiate your request sufficiently in advance of the congress.

Insights Intestinal Failure 2026 has received ‘Compliant’ status from MedTech Europe (N° EMT‑25‑07509).

Since January 1st, 2018, a MedTech directive has been in place regarding the invitation of healthcare professionals to congresses.

The INSIGHTS IF 2026 congress complies with this European directive, which is based on a principle of “blind” funding from industry partners.

As such, MedTech member companies have the opportunity to anonymously invite healthcare professionals to the INSIGHTS IF 2026 congress.

These invitations follow a strict administrative procedure based on a “first come, first served” principle, as the number of available invitations is limited.
